As a business, we think that the principles of what constitutes a good investment company, a good investment proposition and good support and service for professional advisers and their clients are not difficult to identify. And we believe we can set ourselves apart through nothing more complicated than aiming to ‘do the right things – and do simple well’.
As an example, we are the first structured product provider to be corporate members of Plain English Campaign – and to have our product literature assessed, approved and kite marked by the campaign – demonstrating an absolute commitment to using simple language, avoiding jargon and providing clear explanations that investors can understand. Sounds simple, but actually it’s an important commitment – and we think an important and positive step forward.
Our aim is to contribute positively to raising the structured products industry bar, helping give professional advisers confidence in the sector and the value that our products can add within investor portfolios.
