We provide extensive CPD-accredited educational resources, input and support for professional advisers and support staff wanting to know more about structured products.

We place emphasis on our educational resources and input being contextual, relevant and thought-provoking, helping strengthen professional adviser working knowledge and understanding of structured products, including thinking about the economic backdrop and investment outlook, portfolio construction and diversification considerations, regulatory requirements and expectations, and the fundamental interests and needs of clients.

Our aim is to help strengthen professional adviser working knowledge and understanding of structured products and the value that can be gained from client-centric, best practice use of best of breed structured products.

• CPD-accredited live video webinars: ‘Structured Products: Need; Evidence; & USPs’.  We are running live video webinars, presenting the core points of our white paper.
• CPD-accredited Professional Adviser Academy. We provide access to our Professional Adviser Academy, which is being built to offer a programme of 16 modules. Current modules include: a generic introduction to structured products; a more detailed explanation re understanding structured products; a look ‘under the bonnet’  of structured products, explaining why investment banks issue them and what they may (or may not) do when arranging them; and a detailed look at best practice counterparty research. All of the modules have identified learning outcomes and online tests.
• CPD-accredited live and recorded series of video webinars. We offer live and interactive video whttps://tempo-sp.com/our-academy/our-professional-adviser-academyebinars, as well as recorded sessions, focusing on important areas of education and working knowledge of structured products. Recorded sessions include: ‘SPs: Need, Evidence & USPs’; ‘Under the bonnet of structured products’; ‘FTSE 100 EWFD: introduction and overview’; and ‘TICS: the Tempo Issuer and Counterparty Scorecards’.
• CPD-accredited tailored educational inputs / training sessions for professional adviser firms. We are also pleased to arrange tailored educational content and inputs / training sessions, either online or in person, for individual professional adviser firms and / or individual advisers, ranging from introductory sessions to build a foundation level of understanding of structured products, to more in-depth sessions to strengthen and advance more detailed working knowledge of structured products.
