The way that the UK retail structured products sector has materially changed, positively advanced and operates today, the significant and important USPs of structured products, the impressive performance of matured structured products, and the level of working knowledge of professional advisers who are using structured products with their clients and the calibre of advice being given, is not well publicised or aired.
There are many highly respected professional adviser / financial planning firms using structured products successfully with their clients. We’ve asked some of these advisers / planners – and also some respected industry commentators – to be a little more vocal about their views of the merits of structured products and their experience using structured products with their clients, to help encourage colleagues and other professional advisers / planners to take a look at the white paper and to objectively consider structured products, when it is suitable and appropriate to do so.

A small thank you …
As a small thank you to all professional advisers who are kind enough to provide their thoughts and suggestions about the white paper and structured products for fellow professional advisers, and who may also be willing to discuss their views and experience using structured products, we will enter all professional advisers providing input into a draw for a £500 prize (or we will make a donation to a charity of the winner’s choosing, if preferred).
Terms of the draw
The draw will take into account all professional adviser thoughts and suggestions inputs, and any contact that is had with fellow professional advisers, up until 31 March 2023.
Entries into the draw will be made on the following basis:
- Providing a thoughts and suggestions by professional adviser for fellow professional adviser input: 1x draw entry
- Providing individual and company name details visibly / openly: 1x additional draw entry
- Being prepared to communicate / speak with fellow professional advisers: 2x additional draw entries
- Communicating / speaking with fellow professional advisers: 3x additional draw entries (per fellow professional adviser communicated / spoken with)
