Bespoke products: Bespoke products are developed for use by specific professional adviser firms for individual high net worth clients or a small number of clients.

Exclusive products: Exclusive products are developed for use by specific professional adviser firms for use across a firm’s client-base.

Private placement products: If a bespoke and / or exclusive product is issued as a ‘private placement’ it is subject to specific regulations, rules and restrictions. Our professional adviser terms of business require professional advisers to observe both the issuer’s private placement distribution agreement and private placement regulations, rules and restrictions.
